Account Changes and Deletions

1. How do I change my name and email address?

• Click on your initials in the top right corner of the app

• Select Settings → Account

2. How do I update my billing information?

• Click on your initials in the top right corner of the app

• Select Settings → Subscription

• Click "Invoices & Billing," and you will be directed to Stripe, where you can change your Billing information.

3. Where do I check my subscription status?

• Click on your initials in the top right corner of the app

• Select Settings → Subscription

4. Where do I check my credits?

• Click on your initials in the top right corner of the app

• Select Settings → Credits & Limits

5. Where do I cancel my subscription?

• Click on your initials in the top right corner of the app

• Select Settings → Subscription

• Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

6. How can I permanently delete my account?

You can delete all your account data by yourself in the app.

• Click on your initials in the top right corner of the app

• Select Settings → Account

• Click on "Permanently delete my account"

Once you permanently delete your account, you will not be able to recover it. All your data will be deleted from our system. Upon clicking the "Permanently delete my account" button, you will be asked to enter a code that will be sent to your email address.
