Gobu Canvas Guide
This guide explains how to interact with Gobu's infinite canvas feature to visually organize, explore, and connect ideas from your research.
What is the Canvas?
The Canvas is your visual, creative space—designed to help you deeply understand and organize your research material.
From your linear overview, you can click "Take it to the Canvas". This opens your analysis on an infinite canvas where you can:
Zoom in/out.
Scroll through article sections.
View your notes alongside the analysis.
Interacting with the Canvas
Drag & Drop elements like excerpts from your analysis.
Use arrows to visually connect insights.
Double-click anywhere to create a Text Block:
Temporary, not saved in your library.
Ideal for brainstorming or rough notes.
Turn Blocks to Docs to store them in you library and reuse in other projects.
Adding More Content
Click Add Analysis to:
Upload another article.
Run an AI analysis.
Add it to the same canvas to compare findings.
This is perfect for combining materials into a single research project.
